Throughout my sessions with Roy, I felt heard — not analyzed. He validates feelings and asks the thought-provoking questions that get you to the next step. In one session, he helped me see that the real reason behind all this work is being able for my granddaughter to see the successful, hardworking, capable person I am — to be that role model for her.
The biggest shift has been understanding that I don't want to push, but build — because building is sustainable while pushing is just a temporary place. I'm clearer now that I'm capable, and that I want to keep integrating the teacher, the mama figure, and all the other parts of me into being a great realtor.
